Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at tryorchid@proton.me . If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. All sales are final outside of the circumstances outlined above. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging to be eligible for return consideration.
Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at tryorchid@proton.me so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Every order is personally insured by us — if your package is genuinely lost, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, please check with your bank first, then contact us at tryorchid@proton.me
Return Shipping Address
As we do not require returns for most refund or replacement requests, there is no standard return address. If a return is required in your specific case, please contact us at tryorchid@proton.me and our team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address.
